Infrared Red Light Therapy

WHAT IS INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY?
Infrared light therapy uses gentle, non-invasive, invisible light waves just beyond the red part of the visible spectrum to promote healing, reduce inflammation, encourage flow and nurture relaxation. It is commonly used in saunas, panels and lamps to support overall wellness on both the skin surface and deep tissue levels.
It’s typically split into Near Infrared (shorter waves, nanometershhh, ~700–1,100 nm) and Far Infrared (longer waves, ~3,000 nm–0.1 mm).

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY?
Near Infrared Light Therapy uses shorter wavelengths that penetrate just below the skin, about 1–2 inches and is mostly used for skin health and minor inflammation. It generates a soothing warmth and works by energizing cells to:
❖ Enhance Cell Repair
❖ Accelerate Healing
❖ Boost Collagen
❖ Produce Vitamin D
❖ Improve Wound Healing
❖ Decrease Inflammation
❖ Reduce the Appearance of Wrinkles
❖ Promote a Youthful Glow

Far Infrared Light Therapy uses longer wavelengths that travel and penetrate deeper— up to a few inches into tissues, muscles, and even some organs—producing a gentle internal heat and creating a sensation of radiant warmth directly inside the body. The deep heating effect helps to:

❖ Increase Blood Circulation
❖ Improve Vessel Flexibility
❖ Reduce Fluid Retention
❖ Relax Muscles and Tissues
❖ Alleviate Joint Pain
❖ Relieve Swelling
❖ Lessen Stiffness
❖ Release Stored Toxins
❖ Promote Detoxification Through Sweating
❖ Encourage Lymphatic Flow
❖ Soothe Stomach Issues
